Certification is based on employee feedback, awarded when a minimum of 65% report consistent positive experiences at work.

“We are so proud to be Great Place to Work certified,” said Sophie Jackson, WRS Chief Operating Officer.

“The feedback from our employees about their experiences with colleagues, leaders and roles is immensely meaningful.

“We aim to keep working hard to make WRS an inviting, enjoyable place to work and we’ll use this achievement as a benchmark to further enhance our employee experience.

“Thank you to everyone at WRS whose honest and candid input into the survey has enabled us to earn this recognition.”

Founded in 2003, WRS has become one of the UK’s leading POS specialists, with systems in nine countries, across over 5,000 sites.
