Our History
Founded in 2003, WRS Systems is run by David, Chris and Sophie Jackson. It remains an independent business with core family values and a customer-first approach.
Founder’s Message
“Our business has changed significantly over the years, with progression in all areas. We never take anything for granted. We are always looking to improve as a company, while trying to bring the best out of the people we work with.
“We look after some large corporate clients and small independent businesses – and every client is different. There isn’t a set template to how one client operates. They might even be the same business and have the same model, but they won’t necessarily have the same way of operating.
“We are one of the few companies in the UK that has a fully manned support desk between 6am-11pm, seven days a week. Whichever company we are dealing with, we treat them the same. Our goal is to give our clients the best experience possible.”
– David Jackson, Managing Director
