Our Impact

A plan was put in place to improve existing university sites. WRS came into the development project, as part of supplying the Epos solution for a number of Costa Coffee outlets.

Challenge

The University of Glasgow required a two-phased Epos setup: 10 existing and 3 new sites, with handheld devices for table service and comprehensive sales reporting.

Solution

WRS implemented 18 Oxhoo Indigo terminals and handhelds across 10 sites, developed custom reports, and completed Phase 2 with installations at 3 new sites, providing ongoing support.
