Costa is the largest coffee shop chain in the UK, with hundreds of stores across the country. We supported them with nearly 1,500 Epos installations.
Our Impact
The requirement from Costa was to undertake the upgrade of existing hardware and software across its UK sites, supporting both the equity and franchise sites.
Challenge
Costa wanted all new terminals to be implemented and old terminals decommissioned, without any disruption to trading.
Solution
The rollout, featuring 1,470 installations, was completed four weeks early without disrupting any store trading, making it the industry’s largest in a decade.
