Red Funnel, a key transport provider between the Isle of Wight and the Southampton, has partnered with WRS to upgrade its entire POS experience. The rollout of advanced systems covers the onboard ReFuel cafés on its vehicle ferries and Red Jets, as well as the shore-side terminals. This comprehensive upgrade is designed to improve transaction speed, streamline service, and enhance the overall customer journey across the Solent.

The challenge

Red Funnel needed a comprehensive POS solution that could improve transaction speed and deliver a seamless customer experience across its entire operation, from onboard cafés on ferries and Red Jets to its shoreside terminals.
