WRS Systems caught up with Itchenor Sailing Club Secretary, Anna Goodman:

How important is it that you have an Epos system you can rely on?

“So important. I’ve been in hospitality for over twelve years and WRS has definitely beaten other suppliers that I’ve used. The till system works just how we want it to. If there is ever an issue, we have someone we can call – who is UK-based – and understands the product, which makes a massive difference. It makes the service just so much more efficient.

“The system is customisable too. It’s really nice to be able to change that front screen and have logins or swipe cards or whatever it is you want and customise it to what you need and make differences on each page. It’s very straightforward and it’s very user-friendly when you’re building the till screens as well.”

With regards to the back office software, how are you finding that?

“The reports are great, especially for updating our directors. Our accounts manager uses it every single week to run the house reports so that they can see what sales we’re doing for stock. We have big plans to use more features, which will be amazing. The product system is great. You can put so much information in there and keep track of everything so easily. It’s a really helpful system.”

As a sailing club, how do you find the system overall?

“The way it all integrates with Sailing Club Manager is incredible and it makes life so much easier.
