New Kiosks Feature In Uplifted Costa Coffee Stores

WRS’ client, Costa Coffee, has unveiled two uplifted stores in Plymouth and Dorchester.

Giving customers a new way to Costa, the outlets in Plymouth (New George Street) and Dorchester (Cornhill) transform the coffee experience by introducing a range of brand new and exciting features that are yet to be seen in its town centre stores.

With convenience at its heart, both Costa Coffee stores now feature touch screen ordering – with WRS’ kiosks – and a dedicated collection point for customers on the go.

It complements a refreshed counter and modern seating for those staying in, whilst a new mobile ‘order to table’ feature makes life even easier thanks to a QR code scannable on the Costa Club app. Costa Coffee’s skilled baristas also continue to cater to customers who prefer the personal touch of counter service.

WRS Operations Director, Sophie Jackson, said:

“The Plymouth and Dorchester stores have been transformed with the new Kiosk Software and Hardware, which gives customers a fast and convenient way to order their coffee.

With streamlined ordering sorted, the New George Street and Cornhill stores also offer warm and bright environments for customers to enjoy. Locally inspired artwork, alongside comfortable furniture, gives the community the perfect spot to relax over their favourite drink or snack.
