WRS valued client, itsu – the Asian food chain – is celebrating after winning the ‘Best Omnichannel Brand’ award.
The success recognises itsu’s achievements and excellence in providing a seamless and integrated experience to customers across various channels, such as physical stores, kiosks, tills, online platforms, mobile apps and more.
The recognition highlights itsu’s effective use of technology and strategies to engage customers across different touchpoints and create a cohesive and convenient experience.
WRS is proud to have rolled-out more than 700 POS solutions – including stylish kiosks – to itsu sites in the UK, within an agreed timeframe. The design briefs were in-depth, which provided some of the best feedback WRS had received from a client about the consultation processes, and how it delivers a bespoke project.
A spokesperson for itsu said:
“Omnichannel is really hard, it tests the brand design, the end-to-end journey, the tech and the teams so this is the one we really wanted to win. Well done to all the teams involved!”
The MCA Retailers’ Retailer Awards in London is a prestigious annual celebration of the very best concepts, individuals and deals in the UK eating and drinking out sector.
