WRS at Hospitality Tech Expo 2025: Smarter Hospitality Starts Here
WRS was proud to exhibit at Hospitality Tech Expo 2025, where over thousands of hospitality buyers gathered at ExCeL London to explore the future of hospitality technology.
This year’s event brought together decision-makers from across the sector – from hotels and resorts to restaurants, bars, cafes and leisure venues – all looking for scalable solutions to real-world challenges.
“Hospitality Tech Expo 2025 was a great event for us. It gave us the chance to speak to prospects, showcase our products and catch up with many of our valued clients and integration partners,” said Jamie White, Head of Business Development at WRS.
“At WRS, we’re not just building tech. We’re building scalable solutions that solve real problems for real businesses. The conversations we had were focused, honest and full of momentum. We’re excited to keep that energy going and help more hospitality operators unlock what’s next,” added Jamie.

One of the biggest draws at our stand was Pay on Glass – a smarter way to take payments, built directly into the rear display of our POS system, making it ideal for compact counters, kiosks, and mobile setups. With fast service and compatibility with digital wallets, it’s a future-ready solution that’s already helping operators save space, time and money.
We also announced our strategic partnership with Lloyds Merchant Services, combining WRS’s award-winning POS technology with Lloyds’ secure card processing. This integration delivers a seamless, end-to-end payment experience for hospitality and retail businesses – from single-site operators to multi-location groups. It’s a trusted solution designed to scale, simplify operations, and unlock smarter insights at the point of sale.
