We sat down with Oxhoo UK’s Managing Director, Sarah Appleby, to discuss how both companies have supported each other, the key to partnership working, and what the future looks like together.

Sarah, how has the relationship grown between Oxhoo and WRS?

There’s been huge change at both companies and we’ve grown together, supporting each other along the way. When I think back to the earlier years of coming to visit WRS, it’s amazing to see the journey and what has been created here. We’ve developed great trust and friendship, which has been important for us both.

Tell us how Oxhoo and WRS work together?

We supply all types of businesses – large and small – with different POS solutions. We believe our hardware, based on performance, reliability and aesthetics, sets us apart. For us, it’s really important to have a partner who feels passionately about our products, and WRS has certainly demonstrated that over the years. They have some amazing clients, some really important support contracts, so together, we’re really good for each other.

What’s the secret to good partnership working?

We have always had an open book policy, and I believe that only ever creates opportunities. Being very open and honest has built trust and transparency and we understand each other very well. That doesn’t just mean the leadership group, it’s something that cascades down through the two organisations across our respective teams.

What does working together in the future like?

Technology is changing rapidly and as a business, it’s important we’re at the forefront of that. Our customers will continually have new requirements and we should be leading the way in bringing those to market. We’re excited about maintaining our partnership with WRS – they have built a great reputation in the industry.
