WRS Christmas Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Hardacre IT Limited t/a WRS, Systems House, The Courtyard, St Cross Business Park, Monks Brook, Newport, PO30 5BF.

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

• Not open to employees of Hardacre IT Limited t/a WRS, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.

• Proof of age and residency may be requested.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, complete the official entry form on the WRS website and submit your best estimate of how many new POS devices WRS has installed in 2025.

• One entry per person.

• No purchase necessary.

• Entries close at 23:59 on 15 December 2025. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

4. Prize

• Three winners will each receive a Christmas hamper delivered to a UK address.

• No cash alternative is available and the prize is non-transferable.

5. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected based on the closest estimates to the correct number. In the event of a tie, the earliest submitted entry will take precedence.

• Selection will take place under the supervision of an independent person or a verifiably random computer process.

• Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date.

• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, WRS reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative entrant.

6. Delivery

• Prizes will be delivered to UK addresses only.

• WRS is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services or for circumstances outside its control.

7. Publicity

• In accordance with ASA requirements, the winners’ surname and county may be published or made available on request, unless the winner objects.

• Winners may request anonymity by contacting WRS.

8. Data Protection

• Personal data will be processed in line with the WRS Privacy Policy: [insert link].

• Data will only be used for the administration of this competition and will not be used for marketing unless explicit consent is given.

9. General

• WRS reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
