Our Chief Operating Officer, Sophie Jackson, feels both personal and professional pride at the change in dynamic across the WRS Systems workforce.

Much has changed across the industry over the last decade but for Sophie, the rise in the number of women working for our company is among the most significant.

 Sophie said:
